Refund Policy — The Gadget Nook

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at gadgetnook@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
